Milpitas, California – Six Sigma Microelectronics is pleased to announce that it has successfully achieved ANSI/ESD S20.20-2021 certification, demonstrating its commitment to maintaining a robust Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Control Program for the protection of ESD-sensitive electronic devices.
The certification was awarded following an independent third party audit wit NQA, Inc. that concluded with zero nonconformances, validating the effectiveness of Six Sigma's ESD controls, documented processes, employee training, and continuous improvement efforts.
ANSI/ESD S20.20 is the internationally recognized standard for developing, implementing, and maintaining an ESD control program designed to protect electronic components and assemblies from electrostatic discharge damage during manufacturing, inspection, handling, storage, and shipping.
For 40 years, Six Sigma Microelectronics has specialized in transforming commercial microelectronics into flight-ready hardware for aerospace, defense, and other high reliability applications.
