Autumn Santa Ana is the Quality & Customer Service Manager at Six Sigma. She has been with the company since 2022. Autumn oversees the Quality and Customer Service departments and serves as the Management Representative for the quality management system. Autumn has over 25 years of quality management experience and has held lead auditor certifications in ISO 9001, AS 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, and TS 16949.
Prior to Six Sigma, Autumn worked for Vishay Technologies, GM Nameplate, and CALISO (a quality consulting firm where she was an internal auditor for Six Sigma in 2007).
